Neely Fuller, Jr

Bio source >
Mr. Neely Fuller, Jr., 74 years of age, was born on October 6, 1929 at the height of the Great Depression. He served in two branches of

the Armed Forces. He served in the Army during the Korean War Conflict for his first term. For his second term, he served in the Air

force during the Little Rock 9 era where 9 black youths went to an all white high school during desegregation. During this time, he wrote

the first six pages of his book called The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept: a textbook, workbook, for Victims

of White Supremacy. He carried these six pages around for years. Expanding the book as situations presented themselves; the book

eventually grew from six pages to 1,300 pages. These pages were kept in a suitcase. When he left the military in 1984, he organized the

pages into a more comprehensive form by placing them in note binders. He is currently expanding this book according to our modern-day use of words.

Is said to Have been the mentor Of Dr Frances Cress Welsing author of The ISIS Papers

Author of
The United Independent Compensatory Code System Concept a textbook/workbook for Thought, Speech and/or Action for Victims of

Racism (white supremacy) 1-1-1984 334 pages
In addition you can find numerous video-talks on youtube and audio-talks in mp3 format by this person.

My Opinion-

Why would a “can pass for white-albinic” american male write this book.

Unlike his protege  Dr Frances Cress Welsing ,he niether lists nor claims any academic credentials in regards to the areas – sociology and psychology he expounds upon.

He claims “have been a long-time Victim of and Servant to Racism (White Supremacy) in all areas of activity.

My experiences, observations, and/or studies have led me to believe the following:

* Racism has done more to promote non-justice than any other socio-material system known to have been produced or supported by the people of the known universe.

* No major problem that exists between the people of the known universe can be eliminated, until Racism is eliminated.

* The fear, frustration, malice, and confusion caused by Racism, retards or prevents all constructive activity between the people of the known universe.

* The only form of functional Racism that exists among the people of the known universe is “White Supremacy.”

* The people who have the ability to eliminate Racism, do not have the will to do so, and the people who have the will to do so, do not have the ability.

* Regardless of all that has been said or done, the quality of the relationship between white people and black people is, and has been, a total disaster.

* Justice is better than Racism.

* As long as Racism exists, anything said or done by people that is not intended to help eliminate Racism and to help produce justice, is a waste of time and energy.

Each and every Victim of Racism should minimize the time and effort spent doing anything other than thinking, speaking, and acting in a manner that helps to eliminate Racism and helps to establish justice. Each and every person should seek to do this every day, in every area of activity, including Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, and War/Counter-War.

Some Amazon Reviews I Agree With.
I purchased this book after watching an old interview of Dr. Francis Wesling on YouTube. She mentioned the book and it’s strategy to

defeat white supremacy so I was immediately interested. Well I have read the majority of the book and I am a bit torn on how effective a

tool this can be in the hands of victims of white supremacy or as Mr. Fuller calls them non-whites. The book brought some experiences full

circle in my own life that I did not understand without the breakdown of the psychology of white supremacy that was explained in this

book. Overall it was a good book but I felt that it’s just another book expaining the problems of non-whites with no real solutions. The

book kind of tells you to behave a certain way when dealing with whites, because they are suspect racists. Well I don’t suspect anything I

know the majority of whites will perpetuate racisim if they can get away with it. It just seems like a lot of rhetoric, but not a plan of action

to defeat a beast that has destroyed the lives of countless human beings. Buy it for the nuggets of wisdom strone throughout, but not

anything you can apply in the real world. This book is more about how non-white can use knowledge to minimize their prepetuation of

white supremacy however, there still remains the dilemma of having to work for and in the system. The ideas in this book will not change

white supremacist the idea is to change how non-whites allow the system to influence their own behavior and beliefs about themselves.

Book had interesting ideas, but a little too out of times. His idea that white people of the most smartest and pretty may show that he

himself is still be affected by racism.
I agree that the basic premise of the book is solid, however, Fuller tends to counter many great points with nonsense. On one hand he

explains how encompassing racism, as a system, truly is. Then, he comes back and says that white people are the smartest people in the

universe and non-white people are retarded children. He also says other ridiculous things like, if a non-white person kills a white person,

the non-white person should kill themselves. What kind of thinking is this? As I weighed the pros and cons of the book, I must say that the

book is full of great ideas/concepts about white supremacy, but you have to navigate through too much BS to make it worth reading.

Bottom line, his book still puts you within a box of thinking that, while defining & analyzing white supremacy clearly, believes that appealing

to “the smartest people” is ultimately our only hope for justice. I’m not drinking that Kool Aid.

One Response to “Neely Fuller, Jr.”

  1. Sounds like Mr Feely is having a jekl and hyde argument with himself. But may be it’s worth a read just to gather some perspective.

It struck a chord with me your postulating that solving race relations ought to be the only problem in the world we strive for. That blew my mind. If we fix the way we relate to people whose skin pigmentation is different than ours, all the other puzzle pieces might just fall in to place.

Somehow psychologically white people can’t have the preconceptions that the lighter the better, the lighter the more superior at everything. White supremacy at the institutional level has successfully instilled that perverse thinking into the black community as well. White=bright, happy sunny, and beautiful- Black= Dark, gloomy, scary, void of light. Are we born with that? I know intellectually that it is beyond absurd. But subconsciously buried deep down, there’s some kind of ego maniacal beast telling me how wonderful I am since I am light skinned. That sounds very ridiculous because it IS very ridiculous.

There doesn’t need to be a superior biologically, but if forced to debate that subject, would you agree or disagree that a strong argument can be made for the African race being superior? Considering the definition of what it means to be part of the human species and the chemical properties that consists to form life, I think maybe white supremacy is exactly backwards. it hits the ear wrong, but it’s not so ludicrous the notion that perhaps light skin is an evolutionary disease.
